I started my first business in my 20s—a scratch-built insurance and financial services agency—with nothing but a desk, a phone, and a whole lot of hustle. I wore every hat, from sales to operations to HR, and slowly but surely, I built something real.
By my 30s, that “small shop” had grown into a team of 30+ amazing people, spread across 4 locations, serving thousands of clients, and generating over $30 million in annualized revenue. It was intense, rewarding, and everything I’d hoped for when I first took the leap.
In my 40s, I exited the business profitably—not just with a financial win, but with the deep satisfaction of knowing I had built something sustainable. That experience gave me a unique perspective on what makes service businesses succeed: strong systems, empowered people, and a relentless focus on the customer.
Now, in this next chapter, I’m looking to acquire and scale a service business with solid foundations and big potential.
